Limited Warranty Statement
All Compo-Deck products come with a 15 or 25 year limited warranty.
This limited warranty covers your Compo-Deck products against major cracking, splitting or splintering during normal use to the point that your Compo-Deck products become unusable.
If a valid warranty claim is approved (subject to an inspection and proof of purchase), all defective/failed Compo-Deck products will be covered according to the warranty schedule. It cannot be guaranteed that in 15 or 25 years, the replacement Compo-Deck products will be exactly the same colour or style that was originally purchased.
This limited warranty is not transferrable. Only the original purchaser may claim against the warranty by presenting a proof of purchase showing a corresponding name and address which matches the original installation. The limited warranty also falls away if your Compo-Deck products are uplifted and moved to a different installation site.
A non-exhaustive list of events/issues that this limited warranty does not cover:
- Abuse or vandalism
- Any use, which is outside the normal use of the product
- Incorrect fitting, Installation, or poor workmanship (it is advisable to get an experienced installer who will guarantee his/her workmanship because issues with the installation may lead to product failure)
- Scratches or colour fade
- Staining of any kind (corrosive chemicals, chlorine, oil, grease etc etc). It is recommended that you wipe/clean your Compo-Deck products immediately if a substance is likely to cause a stain
- Movement such as expansion and contraction or movement of the structure to which the Compo-Deck products are secured
- Accidental damage or damage caused by extreme weather
- Placing excessive loads onto the product which exceed building code or its intended use
- Mould
- Surface Temperature of the products
- Financial loss or any other loss associated with the use or installation of Compo-Deck products
Unless otherwise stated, this limited warranty supersedes all previous warrantees dated before 01/01/2022

The percentages represent the amount that will be covered under the warranty in relation to the original purchase price.
The above table is applicable to residential applications. Commercial applications will be covered at a rate of 80% of residential unless specifically agreed in writing.
